This is simply a song that tells my son, who is now 8 weeks old, many of the things that I am praying for him as he grows into a man. As much as I'm looking forward to him learning to walk, my greatest hope is that he will learn to walk in the light. I want him to learn what it means to love as Christ, not just loving your friends, but even sharing God's love with enemies, truly loving God with all of his hear, soul, and might.

I'm not sure I know how to teach him these things, or if I can even live up to them myself, but my ultimate goal is that he grow up loving God and his creations.
